You need the DVD to be mounted. The Installer may need some files from the installatin DISK of BizTalk en_biztalk_server_2013_r2_enterprise_edition_x86_and_x64_dvd_4434625.iso



  1. Host instances have been stopped
  1. Run the install package as administrator




  1. Click NEXT
  1. Accept the license agreement


  1. Click Next on the Information page


  1. Single Sign On service will be restarted - click Yes


  1. You should see a god progres - several screens should appear and go



  1. Installation completed


  1. Cumulative Update 6 Successfully Installed


  1. Bring back the host instances, and make sure that your system works as expected
